Please ensure all magical artifacts and apparel are returned in their original packaging with tags attached.

Pack Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all components are included, and secure the parcel for transit.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid Royal Mail return label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Take your parcel to any local Post Office branch and retain your proof of postage until your refund has been processed.
